Howler
A magical letter that was enchanted with a message from the sender that projected their voice at high volume. Howlers came in distinctive red envelopes making them easy to spot in a pile of post. Although they were never gladly received, ignoring them only increased the volume and vitriol of the message and a Howler would ultimately explode if not opened.
