Yes, simply select 'send this as a gift' on the product page, choose your gift wrap and delivery date, fill in the details for the recipient and check out as usual. Once your lucky recipient receives their gift via email, they can enjoy unwrapping their surprise with their mouse and have their ebook or audiobook in their Pottermore profile.

 
What is 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: The Original Screenplay'?

The published screenplay comprises J.K. Rowling’s full script of 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them', a feat of imagination and an exciting adventure, featuring an array of magical creatures and characters. It has been published both in print and digital editions in line with the UK and US release of the feature film from Warner Bros. Pictures.

Why is my Pottermore Account important when using the Shop?

A Pottermore account is where your private profile and personal details are saved and managed. You need a Pottermore account to purchase and download our eBooks and audio books. You can also purchase and download as a guest user and create your account at a later date. You will also need to register to reclaim any previous orders you made on the old version of the Shop. What payment types and currencies can I use?

We accept all MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal payments in British Pounds, US Dollars and Euros. The country you are visiting the Shop from will determine the currency of product prices in the Shop.

 
Are there any applicable taxes or additional charges?

As a UK-based company, Pottermore Limited accounts for Value-Added Tax (VAT) on all purchases by residents of European Union member states. For orders from USA, Canada and Japan, applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Orders placed outside the UK may incur an international service charge. Not all payment card transactions will carry this charge (it depends on your card issuer), and the amount will vary depending on the type of card used (it is generally a small percentage of the total). Please note it is your responsibility to be aware of any international service charges that your payment card issuer may charge.

 
Where can I find help about cancellations and refunds?

You can request a full refund within fourteen days of your purchase provided you have not commenced download of any part of your eBook or audio book. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Where can I find help and information on downloading my eBook(s)?

Our eBooks are EPUB2 format (EPUB3 for Japanese) and can be read on most popular smart phones, computers and eReaders with up to date software.

If you have purchased ebooks from the old version of the Shop, you will need to create a pottermore.com account with the same email address as the one used on the old version of the Shop.

Digital audio book files vary in size depending on their content. Each Harry Potter digital audio book will be between 200MB and 1GB in size

How do I get my old order on my new email address profile?

Simply register a pottermore.com account with the same email address you purchased with on the old version of the Shop. Your book/s will now be available to download via the "My books" section of "Your profile" when logged into your pottermore.com account.

 
Where are my old orders? Where is my old account?

The old Shop site has been closed.

Your previous orders are now on your profile in your new account on pottermore.com. Therefore, if you haven't already done so, you will need to create a pottermore.com account with the same email address as the one used on the old version of the Shop.
