This Easter, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London will be celebrating the fourth Harry Potter story by bringing the Goblet of Fire back to the Great Hall – along with other cool features.
We’ll never forget the heart-stopping moment when Harry’s name came out of the Goblet of Fire, and now, for the first time since filming ended, that grandiose goblet is coming back to the Great Hall for fans to visit at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
The return of the iconic prop is part of a big celebration of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) and the Studio Tour will display a number of new props and costumes from the film to commemorate it. Indeed, the famous Hogwarts castle model will even have Beauxbatons’ carriage poised to land on the school grounds, as if ready to visit for the Triwizard Tournament.
The Tour will be dotted with all sorts of features from Goblet of Fire, such as the Portkey that transports Harry and company to the Quidditch World Cup, and the taps from the Prefects’ Bathroom, which will pour multi-coloured water from 53 different spouts. Don’t worry – we’re sure Moaning Myrtle won’t be floating around spying on you while you examine them. The Studio Tour will also display the darker elements of the film, such as a 360-degree examination of Tom Riddle’s grave, and a special behind-the-scenes feature on Voldemort’s costume. Indeed, this was the film that marked Voldemort’s return…
The Studio Tour’s Goblet of Fire feature opens this Friday 30 March, ending on 23 September. To find out information about tickets, check out the website.
